Techustaads Pro Learning has been established to create Ustaads in Technology. Our Ustaads will be experts in technology and also have a positive effect in their professional and personal lives. They would be the Ustaads of their Career in a true sense.

The idea of Techustaads Pro Learning took seeds after interviewing many Job Aspirants holding Software diplomas from various institutes. Only a handful of these candidates could be termed as suitable for a job. We found that Engineering/MCA grads did not have apparently their fundamentals clear and were also not equipped to write programs or simple algorithms.

Market surveys also indicate that almost 95% of engineers are not employable. There is a very acute shortage of talent with the right skill set and desirable attitude. Graduates are usually low on confidence with poor communication skills and perform very poorly in interviews. University curriculum is behind times as far as programming languages are concerned. Most of the learning is theoretical with very little practical exposure. The lack of impetus to learn, apply and create, these graduates are only interested in completing their degrees and that is when reality in the outside world stares them in the face.

Without the requisite skills and practical knowledge, students, more often than not, flounder. They fail to apply the basic principles to solve real world problems. There is a huge gap between the knowledge imparted by Institutes and what the industry needs and is really looking for.
